We cannot achieve the future we want if half of our population is not empowered to be part of the journey. At the OECD we have proven that gender equality makes business, economic and political sense. Now we must work to make it a reality and counter the cultural norms and stereotypes that hold women back.
Wherever possible, incorporate a gender lens into speeches, and advocate for and support the development of more gender responsive policies.
