We can all help make the world a safer place by creating a culture of diversity and inclusion and integrating a gender perspective into policies and procedures.

Personal Commitments
In 2024, I commit to providing leadership and the necessary resources for us to achieve the Diversity and Inclusion goals under the INTERPOL Human Resources Strategy 2023-2025.
In 2024, I commit to advocating for gender diversity in law enforcement in meetings with policing and political leaders, and participate in seminars/panels/discussions that support gender inclusivity in law enforcement. I will provide INTERPOL’s insights into gender equality and opportunities for women in policing.
