Likewise, the solutions to these challenges are interlinked. Realizing true gender equality is not merely an objective on its own; it is also a strategy for tackling climate change, safeguarding the environment, preventing conflicts, and advancing numerous other sustainable development goals. Only by adopting a comprehensive approach to these challenges can we hope to succeed across the board.

When collaborating with grassroots communities and Indigenous organizations impacted by environmental degradation and climate change, actively involve individuals of all genders as interlocutors.
Guarantee equal treatment and opportunities for all staff members within the organization, irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or any other status. Provide training to staff and strengthen mechanisms in the organisation's regulatory framework to monitor and ensure compliance with these principles.
