I cannot see gender equality and human rights separate from one another - gender equality is the canvas on which human rights are ensured. Gender inequality must be detected at all levels. A seemingly proportionate ratio between men and women is not enough. Leadership and pay gaps for example, must be assessed with just as much importance.
