Join International Gender Champions Michael Møller, Director-General of UN Geneva, and H.E. Julian Braithwaite, Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom, for the opening of a very special exhibition on girl's education bringing the magnificient Luminarium back to the Palais des Nations on the opening of the Human Rights Council:

The unique space of the luminarium dedicated to the theme of girl’s education in various contexts from refugee camps to developing countries will display education materials of refugee girls in conflict zones and a selection of audio and visual testimonies from girls around the world about what they are asking for and what is stopping them from getting it.

Also the ‘world’s best teacher’ Andria Zafirakou is expected to attend an event inside the luminarium to give her take on what “quality” education means and how to deliver it, as well as share the speaking space with Heads of UN Agencies to ensure quality education for all girls.
