Reparations for Survivors of Conflict-Related Sexual Violence: Status and Prospects
Online event organised during the 76th Session of the UN General Assembly
The Global Survivors Fund together with the UN Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict, the Permanent Missions of France, Japan, The Republic of Korea and the United Kingdom are organising an online side event to the 76th Session of the United Nations General-Assembly on Reparations for Survivors of Conflict-Related Sexual Violence: Status and Prospects.
The event will explore critical challenges and opportunities regarding reparations for survivors of CRSV from different continents as well as governments, civil society representatives and international experts.
The Global Survivors Fund will also present some of its preliminary findings from a Global Reparations Study being carried out across over 20 countries, making the first set of recommendations to States and other stakeholders.
