The objective of this webinar is to discuss the importance of a diverse and inclusive sector for women in response to nuclear security incidents and events and the importance of the role of women in response; barriers to entry, opportunities, lessons learned & the way forward. The webinar focuses on both national and institutional perspectives as well as different roles within response.

The Third OSCE Gender Equality Review Conference aims to provide a platform where representatives of OSCE participating States, Partners for Co-operation, executive structures, civil society, academia and the private sector, can assess progress achieved in the implementation of the 2004 OSCE Action Plan for the Promotion of Gender Equality. It should also enable discussions targeting the identification of good practices, challenges, gaps, emerging issues as well as short- and medium-term areas for specific engagement.
